Our certification process is entirely impartial, governed by ISO standards and IAF guidelines. To maintain transparency and trust in our audit and certification decisions, we welcome and address APPEALS from our clients and stakeholders concerning any audit or certification outcome.
Appeals should be directed to the CEO/MD and submitted in writing, either personally, via courier, or by email (info@lasermocert.com). The CEO personally reviews each appeal, acknowledges receipt within 3 working days, and informs the appellant of the outcome within 10 days.
Should the client be dissatisfied with the appeal decision, a final appeal may be submitted to our Impartiality Committee (info@lasermocert.com). The Impartiality Committee's decision will be communicated to the appellant within 30 working days and is considered final.
